Contractor of the Year (COTY) Awards

City is proud to announce yet another industry achievement: a 2009
Contractor of the Year (COTY) award for outstanding achievement in the Universal
Design category, and honorable mention for Whole
House Renovation Under $250,000.
A celebration of the best in Twin Cities residential remodeling, the
COTY Awards are hosted by the Minnesota
chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
NARI of Minnesota, a non-profit trade association, established the annual
COTY awards in 1997 to foster a sense of pride and accomplishment among
its members through friendly competition, as well as to increase public
awareness of NARI professionals.
The winning submissions were judged by a panel of 24 remodeling professionals
from the NARI of Milwaukee chapter. Competing this year were a record
number of applicants in 25 categories including Universal Design and
Whole House Renovation.
