Receives 2011
Contractor of the Year (COTY) Award
College City Design-Build, Inc. of Lakeville, MN has been recognized with a 2011 Contractor of the Year (COTY) Award for an outstanding home project. The honor came in the category of "Entire House Under $250,000" at the fifteenth annual Contractor of the Year (COTY) Awards Ceremony.
The COTY Awards honor outstanding remodeling projects by Twin Cities contractors. The
COTY Awards are hosted by the Minnesota
chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
The award-winning project was designed by Bonnie Trowbridge, Lead Designer, in conjunction with the homeowner for a condo-conversion in Edina's Centennial Lakes neighborhood. Jerry Novak, Job Supervisor, led the construction crew through each phase of work to produce a stunning end result for the homeowner.
