Big City Condo Living at its best! Complete gut, remodel and combination of two identical, back-to-back condos into an entirely new single unit. The homeowner desired a large Kitchen for entertaining with plenty of storage, a revamped Master Suite with his and her vanities and closets, as well as a walk-in shower, and a Guest Suite for out-of-town family that could double as an Exercise and Reading Room.
All interior materials and finishes are new, such as: American Cherry hardwood floors, enameled and glazed birch Kitchen cabinetry, stained cherry cabinetry in baths and bedroom, Santa Cecilia Kitchen granite, Giblee Gold Guest Bath granite, and Labrador Green Master Bath granite. Tumbled travertine and marble were used to update the fireplaces, while porcelain tile was used for the Entryway, Laundry Room, and Bathroom floors, along with the shower surrounds. We mixed satin nickel and oil rubbed bronze fixtures and hardware throughout, maintaining a traditional look to this condo.
